I purchased an extended warranty from Carchex in 2014, I have never had to use it until this week. This has been the worst experience ever, Bob Bell Chevrolet in Maryland called to get approval to repair my car on Thursday May 5, 2016.

The advisor got the run around, transferred several time, put on hold for 30-40 minutes to be transferred again. The advisor finally got in touch with someone and they won't approve the GM part they will approve something else. GM part is 150.00 more than what Carchex is willing to pay. I have paid my warranty faithful never late and I have to get generic parts.

Okay so my advisor is still working on the part, I call to see about a rental car because my warranty allows that as well. I talked to Deann and she made a reservation for me with Enterprise and said that Enterprise should call in about 15 minutes. I called Enterprise and they have no reservation and will be closing in an hour. I called Carchex back and talked to another customer service rep she states that the reservation is in the system but it takes a few minutes to register so I couldn't get a reservation number.

So I wait until Saturday morning to call Enterprise and there still have no reservation for me at any Enterprise. I'm really upset and beyond disappointed in Carchex, they take my payment monthly for the last year and 8 months and when I need to use the warranty I get nothing and get the run around.

So I'm without a car for the weekend, I have to get generic parts on my car how fair is that? Carchex customer very upset.

The customer service at Carchex is absolutely terrible, none of them seem to know what they are talking about. Each time Bob Bell or I called we were told something different. I'm not pleased with how I was treated.

hey. how everything went after that. I have couple of months and am reading all this bad reviews am just thinking to cancelled everything I don't want to keep paying something just for nothing.
