False advertising
They took my money and now dontvwantbtobfix ..the sales reps dont know nothing and when you sign up they say civeredvbut not only specific parts..this is crazy and they sales team are incompetent...sales rep say your engine and trans is covered when its only specific items..this is bad and false advertising...

Suddenly can't contact anyone to verify cancellation
Bought warranty 9 days ago, received contract, was not what I was told on the phone, called to cancel,was emailed directions, filled out form,emailed it back. The form says it has to be mailed in so called back and was told email is fine, now I can't get through to anyone via phone or email unless I call and press the option to buy a warranty. I have all conversations recorded and copy's of emails.
B.s 30 day 1000 mile warranty
I bought a vehicle that was covered by a Thousand Mile 30 day warranty shortly after approximately 300 miles in a week later I noticed a leak of oil no problem I said to myself I have a warranty and I have a $100 deductible it'll be all good so I thought now I took it to the dealer and they want $998 for the oil filter housing the adjuster came out from Royal administrators warranty and denied my claim saying it was a pre-existing ongoing situation which is a bunch of *** I would have never bought a vehicle that had a leak I looked under the car before I bought it there was no oil no trace of oil so now I've been denied and I appealed it and I was denied again I brought the car to my mechanic and he'll do the repair for $770. I've been so aggravated and frustrated and now I see that there's a lot more people like me dealing with this company which is a fraud and I'd like to know if there's anything that could be done because I also had to pay for the inspection from the dealer for $245 totally screwed
Warranty is no good!!
My truck has been in the shop for 5weeks needing a Transmission at Aamco Transmission the warranty company is making no effort to see why they have had my truck so long!The warranty company sent out a transmission which was faulty still have not heard when another one will be replace I'm really dissatisfied with CarCheck I would not recommend them to any one!!!!!
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS WARRANTY
The salesman that sold me my policy talked me into the Titanium policy.
Told me it covers almost everything. So I agreed and have been paying $122 a month for the past 16 months and still owe 7 more payments.
So the way I figure it is until I exceed $2,800 in warranty claims that Carchex isn't out a penny of there pocket.
Went to have my car repaired. 1st claim every turned in, total cost $700.00. I even called Carchex to have them check to see if my repairs would be covered under their warranty before taking it to the shop.
I was told yes this repair was covered under the warranty. I then booked an appointment for 7:30 in the morning to get my car repaired. By one o'clock Carchex still had not approved for the dealership to start working on my car. When I called to asked them why, the customer service person was extremely rude and told me it could take up to 24 hours before it would be approved. I could not go another day without a car, so I called the dealership back and told them just to go ahead and fix the car and I would pay for it. If Carchex finally would agree and submit the dealership payment, then the dealership could just refund me.
Dealership called and said Carchex would not pay for all repairs even after they told me it was covered. And refused to pay some of the bill because they used GM parts instead of getting their parts from Advance Auto. So out of my total bill so far, Carchex is only agreeing to pay around $300 of the $700 bill.
Therefore; lets recap here:
I have paid Carchex 16 payments so far @ $122 a month = $1,952.00.
I turn in a $700 warranty claim, that was already approved over the phone,
only to get $300 paid on my claim. Which if you think about it, that's my money anyway paying for it. Because until my warranty claims reach over $2,800 then Carchex hasn't paid a penny out of their pocket for my repairs. At this point I think this warranty company is a scam. I doubt I will continue paying on this warranty. What's the use.

SCAM!
Paid for 3 years bumper to bumper coverage. They initiated EVERY ONE OF MY CLAIMS with a straight up denial.
When the dealer provided proof the items should be covered, CARCHEX then changed their story to I did not provide a title to the vehicle.
When I provided a title to the vehicle, they told me the coverages I submitted were not in the contract (provided them email verification of every communication between me and the sales team of what would/would not be covered). CARCHEX reviewed email history then paid for one of the nebulous repairs.
Car has been in dealership repair facility 11 weeks now.
DO NOT USE CARCHEX
They have so many way of getting out of paying for repairs

My a/c was not working and I took my car to the dealer. The dealer said it was a rear evaporator core and expansion valve. The warranty company sent out an adjuster to look at the issue and said they would not cover the part due to a clause written in the policy that said “corrosion” on a part would not be covered and both parts had corrosion.
First of all it’s a used car! All used cars will show over time corrosion due to weather. This part had to do with A/C where water circulates thru. When a part wears out you will get corrosion in that area.
That’s why I bought the policy to prevent from having big repair bills. Now I feel I have been enconvienced and scammed! Every time I have a claim for repairs I’m at the mercy of the adjuster on whether they will cover a part that is listed in the contract as claimable.
They kept my car for 9 days! 9 days I was without a car and I had to work! So rented a car thinking it would be covered and since my claim was denied I was stuck with that bill too!
It’s not right! They should be out of business!
Buyers beware! Save your money and put what you would pay for a warranty in the bank for when you do have repairs.

Don't buy warranty from carchek
Got warranty from Carchex. Was assured that Carchek would cover all major repairs on our 2011 Malibu.
Carchek rejected all three claims for repairs and then when car Engine Blew they denied that claim as well. We paid money for top plan coverage. Would recommend that you run away from this company as quickly as possible.
Also please report this company to the better Business Bureau. We did and a so called Manager called us and said he would look into our allegations but a week has past and we have heard nothing.
Carcheck appears to really take advantage of Senior Citizens as my neighbor said they had problems with this warranty company as well
